Policies
- For stays longer than a one week please call for quote
- 25% deposit required
- Full payment by cash or check due at time of check in
- Deposit refunded with two week's advance notice of cancellation
- For less than two week cancellation, deposit will not be refunded unless house can be rented for reserved time
- Check out time is 11:00 AM, Check in at 3:00 PM
- No smoking in house
- Small pets are allowed but occupant is responsible for all damage done by them. Some large pets will be allowed also. Call for pre-approval
- Occupants must cover any furniture that pet will lie on
- Pets should not be left in the house unattended unless they are in a pet taxi or carry-all
- All pets must be house broken
- Occupants are responsible for all damage beyond ordinary and reasonable wear and tear
- All we ask is that you take care of the house as if it were your own - Thanks!
